In a shocking accident, fourteen passengers were killed when their vehicle crashed into a gorge near Sukhidhang Reetha Sahib route in Uttarakhand’s Champawat district.
The news: Two more persons were hurt and sent to the hospital as a result of the collision. The State Disaster Response Force went to the scene to assist with rescue and relief efforts.
What happened: According to Kumaon Deputy Inspector General of Police, Nilesh Anand Bharne, the group was returning after attending a wedding.
